Taiwan dessert cafe 台灣 高雄 凹子底站 《Urban Kitchen》





대만 가오슝 아오즈디역 (Aozihdi, 凹子底站) 근처에 있는 디저트 카페 !

URBAN KITCHEN을 다녀왔어요 !


I went to Urban Kitchen which is located neat Aozihdi station in Kaohsiung !




외관부터 깔끔하고 귀엽게 생겼어요 ! 


우리나라 사람들은 쫌더 모던하고 깔끔한것을 선호하는 반면
대만사람들은 귀엽고 아기자기한걸 좋아하는 것 같아요

대만은 정말 여기저기 모든곳에 헬로우키티가 점령을 하고 있듯이 
문화전체적으로 약간 일본스러운 귀여움이 많이 있더라구용 

어째든 신기한 나라입니다.

 I like the color of exterior decoration!
It's very easy to find it , and it looks pretty and cute !


 I think Korean people prefer Morden and chic style, 
but most of taiwanese prefer cute style !

 When I arrived here at the first time, I was really surprised that there are lots of "Hello Kitty".
Even if "Hello Kitty" is a Japanese character, I can see it in everywhere !!!!!! 

 It's very interesting for me !

파스타, 에피타이저, 샌드위치 

Past, appetizer, and sandwich 



음료는 커피 종류와  우유가 들어가는 음료, 과일음료 이런식으로 나눠져 있었어요 ! 

 Coffee, milk tea (latte), and juice






그리고 신메뉴나 인기 많은 메뉴들은 이렇게 칠판에 그림을 그려놓았더라구요 !
사실 글만있으면 시키기가 힘든데 ㅠㅠ 
그림이 있어서 정말 좋았어요 !


I really like that they draw picture in the black board.

It's kind of difficult to order without picture, but  they draw it !

haha it's cute !







제가 여기온 이유중에 하나는 바로 저기 컵위에 있는 고양이를 마시기위해 ㅋㅋㅋ 
3D 라떼아트는 따로 20원(한화 약 700원정도) 의 추가비용이 있습니당

한국에도 3D 라떼아트를 하는곳이 있긴하지만 대만와서 처음가봤네요 ㅋㅋ

 I came here because I wanted to drink "3D latte art" ! 
Could you see the cat on the cup ?  :)

 If you want to have "3D latte art", you need to pay more money.
it was about 70 cents (US dollar)

 Some of Korean coffee shops sever "3D latte art", but I didn't try it in Korea.
It was my first time to try it ! 
I was very excited ! ><




요것은 스페셜 메뉴에 있던 딸기 와플입니다 ! 

와플을 너무 잘구웠어요 ! 
바삭하니 모양도 이쁘고 생각보다 그릇도 큽니다 !!

압구정에서 팔았다면 적어도 17000원을 할것 같은 양과 이쁨(?)

일본인친구랑 같이 같은데 둘다 생각보다 커서 놀랬던 ㅋㅋㅋ


딸기도 싱싱하고 좋은거 쓰고 크림도 맛이 괜찮았어요 ! 
This waffle was in the special menu ! 
this memu is  strawberry waffles. 


 I love the heart shape of waffles! 

Waffles were very crunch, so it was really good to eat !
Also, It's not really small !

I went there with my Japanese friend, and both of them were satisfied with the size of dish.

In Korea, they usually serve very small dish, but price is almost 2times more expensive then here.





딸기 밑에는 아이스크림이 있는데 아이스크림이 참 맘에 들었어요 !
왼쪽에 있는건 평범한 바닐라 아이스크림이였고 오른쪽은 딸기 아이스크림인데
딸기향/맛 첨가 아이스크림이 아니라 진짜 딸기를 넣은 맛이여서 굉장히 흡족했습니다 ! 


I love the cream and strawberries were very fresh !
Also I really like the ice cream !

Under the strawberries, left side was a normal venila ice cream,
and right side was strawberry ice cream!

I can feel real stawberry in the ice cream ! >< good good !

I thought I will just add strawberry flavor, but I was not that bad !

NICE !!!!

약간 돈주면 손내리는 고양이 닮았음 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
어째든 귀욥습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 

메뉴에 커피들만 라떼아트가 가능한것 처럼 적혀있어서 
혹시 다른 음료도 가능한지 물어봤었어요 ! 

사실 제가 커피를 마시면 잠을 못자거등요 ㅠㅠ 
 (심지어 요즘은 녹차라떼나 밀크티도 6시 이후로 못마심.. 잠이 안온다공 )

그러니깐 따뜻한 라떼음료는 가능하다고 해서 초코라떼로 고고 ! 

와 ~~ 상당히 맛납니다.

사실 한국에서 마셨던 대부분의 초코라떼가 무진장 달기만 달아서 
여기에서도 별 기대 안하고 마셨는데

와 이건 진정한 초코맛이다.

씁쓸 쌉싸름 달달한게 완전 딱 제 취향저격이였어요!

이미 와플에서 맘에 들었는데 초코라떼에서 킬을 날려주심. 

Actually, they only mentioned 3D latte art in coffee menu, but I can't drink coffee.

I can't sleep after I drink coffee...
Nowadays, I can't drink even green tea latte or milk tea after 6 pm.

OMG
DO I NEED TO DRINK ONLY WATER? ㅠㅠ


Anyway, they also can do the 3D latte art on the milk tea(Latte) menu,
so, I ordered chocolate latte, and my friend order black tea latte !

I love the chocolate latte so much !
It was little bit bitter and sweat, but it was not too sweet !
Also, I can feel that they put real chocolate !!!

JUST LOVE IT !






밑에 있는 팬더는 ㅋㅋ 일본 친구가 시킨거구요 
팬더가 약간 무너질려고 하는 느낌..?이 살짝 나지만 ㅋㅋ 
귀욥습니다. ㅋㅋ


친구껀 홍차라떼 !

This is my friend's black tea latte !!

Penda is so cute ! 






하지만 마시고나면 이렇게 처참히 죽어버리는 아이들 ㅋㅋ 

하지만 어째든 맛나고 이쁘고 대 만족이였습니다


와플과 라떼 두잔에 대만돈 400원(일반 한끼 음식값 약 100-150 정도)이 넘는 가격이라 
여기선 고급진 까페중에 한군데 인것 같아요
한화로 하면 약 15000원 정도라서 저정도 퀄리티에 맛이라면 굉장히 저렴해서 
신나서 룰루랄라 했습니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
(한국에선 족히 3만원은 줘야할것 같음)


아 신나 ㅋㅋ

I like this place because it was pretty, cute, and good quality of dessert !

The total price was about 400元 in taiwanese money.
Actually it's not cheap price in here because normal daily meal price is just about 100 - 150 元.

However, if  I compare with Korea, it was great price !!!!
It's about 15000won in Korean money and about 15 dollar in US money !


I was very happy !!

I definitely wanna go back there!!!

Taiwanese triple noodle 곱창국수 台灣 大腸麵線 《台北西門町》







오늘은 곱창국수에 대해 소개해드릴려고 해요 :)
대창을 사용해서 만드는 국수인데 대만에서 먹을수 있는 별미중 하나인것 같아용 !
Today, I want to introduce Taiwanese Triple noodle.
I think it's a kind of special taste dish because it's kind of difficult to eat in other country!
Korean people are eating triple, but we do not put in the noodle soup.
For me, it's a kind of very unique dish.




수공면이라고 적혀있는데 진짜인지 아닌지 모르지만 어째든 중국어로 엄청 열심히 설명이 되어있어요
단지 저는 알아들수가 없을뿐...ㅋ 
뭐 어째든 맛있다는 말이겠죠? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

 They said it's hand-made noodle, 
but my Chinese is not good enough to read all the Chinese characters. haha 
They might want to say that it's good anyway ! 






가격은 보시는것처럼 굉장히 저렴합니다.
대만돈 55원이면 한국으로 치면 2000원 정도 ?

정말 한국에선 2000원으로 과자 사먹기도 만만치가 않은데
단지 착한 가격에 감사할 뿐이예요 ><

사실 한국에서 곱창을 좋아하긴 하지만 
즐겨먹는 편은 아니라

곱창이 국수에 들어가면 어떤맛인지 엄청 궁금했는데 
오! 맛있습니다. 
뭔가 익숙한듯 익숙하지 않은 맛이지만 맛있쑝!
This dish is only about 2 dollars in US dollars.
How cheap it is !

 I like to eat triple in korea, but I do not eat often because some of them have bad smell.
However, here was really good to eat. 


Also, Korean people usually grilled the triple, but Taiwanese put in the soup.
I was really curious about the taste.

 AND It's delicious !


비디오를 보시면 아시겠지면 궁물이 굉장히 질퍼덕(?) 찐덕(?) 거리는 질감이이예요
약간 탕수육 소스 같은 질감 ?

아마 스타치(녹말)를 넣어서 저런 질감이 나는거같아요
드실때 조심 ! 
뜨거워요 ! ㅋㅋ
If you watch the video, you can feel that the soup is kind of sticky.
I think they put starch when they cook the soup!



이 가게에선 들어가면 뭘 시킬건지 물어보지도 않고 
샹차이랑 블라블라 '라' 를 어떻게 할껀지 물어본답니다. 

샹차이는 고수잎을 넣을꺼냐고 물어보는것이고
'라'는 저기 보이는 빨간 소스를 넣어줄까 하고 물어보는거예요. 

저는 고수잎을 굉장히 좋아해서 넣어서 먹었구요
(고수잎 때문에 약간 베트남 쌀국수 같은 맛도 나요 ㅋㅋㅋ 전 모든 음식에 고수잎이 들어가면 걍 베트남 음식같은 맛이)
'라'는 이띠엔띠엔(一點點， yidiandian)이라고 하면 조금만 넣어줘요

저는 둘다 넣어서 먹는게 맛있던데 
친구는 샹차이를 싫어해서 빼서 먹더라구요 ! 

대만의 음식중에 샹차이 들어가는 것이 꽤있으니
혹시 싫어하시면 미리 말씀하시는게 좋을것 같아용 !
저는 무엇보다 얇은면을 굉장히 좋아해서 이 국수가 더 맛있게 느껴졌어요
그리고 곱창냄새가 전혀 안나서 곱창 싫어하시는 분들도 한번쯤 도전해보시면 좋을것 같아요.

하 ~ 글 쓰다보니깐 또 먹고싶네요

대만은 참 맛난것이 많은것 같아요 ! 굿굿 


 When I went to this restaurant, they do not ask me what I want to order.
They just ask me that I want to put Cilantro and spicy sauce or not.

 I love Cilantro and spicy food, so I put both of them.
However, if you do not like so much, I think it's better to say "yidiandian(一點點)".
It means "little bit".

 I also really like thin noodle that's why I like this dish.

While I'm writing this post, I want to eat this noodle !! 
OMG 

 I think Taiwan has lots of delicious food !!

Taiwan Beef Noodle 台灣 牛肉麵 《清一色牛肉麵》 대만 우육면





안녕하세요 :) 
오늘은 대만의 대표국수 중 하나인 우육면에 대해 소개해드릴려고 합니다 !

제가 대만에서 가장 자주 먹는 음식이기도 하고
흔히 접할수 있는 음식 중 하나가 바로 우육면 인것 같아요 

한국의 칼국수와 같은 존재가 아닐까 생각합니다. ㅋㅋㅋ
칼국수도 만드는곳마다 비슷하면서도 각기 다 다른 맛을 내는것 처럼 
우육면도 그렇더라구요 ! 

제가 처음 우육면을 먹었던곳이 명동 딘타이펑이 였는데 
딘타이펑 우육면도 맛있었지만 역시 음식은 현지에서 먹어야 하나봐요 ㅋㅋ

같은 우육면이라고 할지라도 가게 마다 다 다른 맛을 내서 
돌아다니면서 새로운 맛을 발견하는것 같은 재미가 있어요 !

오늘 소개 해 드릴곳은 清一色牛肉麵 라고 하는 우육면 전문점 입니다.

Today, I'm going to introduce a dish with is one of the most popular food in Taiwan.
This is Beef Noodle (NiuRouMian).

Beef noodle is one of my favorite taiwanese food, also it's easy to buy or find it !
I ate beef noodle at Din Tai Feng in Korea and it was my first time to try beef noodle. 
I really liked it !! But, if you visited Taiwan, 
you will not think Din Tai Feng's beef boodle is not super special! 
Taiwan has lots of good beef noodle restaurants. ><

I'm going to introduce you a restaurant which is called "清一色牛肉麵".
This restaurant is a special store for beef noodle. 
( but it doesn't mean that here is the best. (the taste is good !) Taiwan has many kinds of beef noodle shops, and this restaurant and the video restaurant are examples of different style of beef noodle shops.)






아무래도 전문점이다 보니 영상에 있는 곳보다 가격이 1.5~2배 정도 비싸더라구요.
전문점인 만큼 우육면의 종류도 정말 많았어요 ! 

Here has specialty for beef noodle, so the price is little bit higher than the video store. 
However, they had many kinds of beef noodles !!! 





대만 김치 ㅋㅋ 
김치라기 보다는 피클같은 맛이예요

My friend said it's taiwanese kimchi haha 
(I think it means the most common side dish in Taiwan :) ) 
The taste is like pickle for me 




소스 만드는곳 
소스 만드는곳 옆에 밀크티와 홍차도 있었어요 ! 

You can make your own sauce.
Also, they have free milk tea and black tea ! 




이건 紅燒牛肉麵으로 대만사람들에게 인기 많은 메뉴중 하나라고 하더라구요 :)

야인이 생각하는 정말 정통적인 우육면 맛이라고 했어요 ! 
우육면을 처음 맛보시는 분들에게 좋을것 같아요 !



This beef noodle is called "紅燒牛肉麵"
This is one of the popular menu of this store.

Also, Yain told me that it dish has traditional beef noodle taste.
If you haven't try beef noodle before, I want you to try this dish!





제가 먹은것은 이곳 대표 메뉴중 하나였던 
碰碰胡招牌牛肉麵 였어요 

위의 우육면과 거의 흡사한 맛인데 국물과 고기가 조금 달랐어요 

둘다 괜찮은 맛 !!



사실 이곳도 맛있긴 했지만 작은 식당에서 먹었던 것들도 다 맛있어요 



대만을 오시게 된다면 꼭 ! 우육면을 드시길 바랍니당 !  



I ordered one of this restaurant representative menu which is called "碰碰胡招牌牛肉麵". 
The taste was very similar as above beef noodle, but soup and beef were still different !



I hope you must try beef noodle in Taiwan.
You will fall in love with this dish ! ❤️

Happy New Year !! 新年快樂 !! New Year Ceremony of Taiwan 升旗典禮



你們好！ 新年快樂！ 

안녕하세요 !! 새해복 많이 받으셨나요 ?
벌써 이렇게 2015년이 되었네요.



새해를 맞아 신년행사가 열린다고 해서 
새벽 4시반에 지하철을 타고 
가오슝의 예술의전당인 문화중심(文化中心)으로 갔습니다.
이날만 특별히 새벽 4시 반부터 지하철을 운영한다고 하더라구요. 


한국에는 보통 해돋이를 보러 가지만 
여긴 다들 신년행사를 많이 보러가는것 같아요.

위에 영상은 제가 가서 직접 찍은거랍니다 :) 
영상을 보시면 좀더 이해하기 쉬우실것 같아용 



Hello ! Happy New Year !!  
Wow Now I'm live in 2015 ! I can't believe that I'm getting old hahaha

I wanted to celebrate new year, so I went to Cultural center of Kaohsiung !
I took a MRT at 4:30 am ! Wow .. I just slept 3hours haha
They usually do not run MRT at 4:30am, 
but they have big ceremony for new year at Cultural center 
that's why I could take the MRT so early.


In Korea, people usually go beach or mountain for watching sunrise.
However, Taiwan has different culture ! 
It was a great experience for me ! 

I took the video, so if you watch the video, it's better to understand Taiwanese culture. 




갔더니 모든 사람들에게 대만 국기와 물을 나눠 주고 있었어요.

그리고 해마다 이 행사에 오는사람들에게 작은 선물을 나눠주는데 
작년에는 스카프를 줬고 이번에는 교통카드를 줬어요 !

하지만... 사람이 너무 많아서 교통카드 받는거 포기ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
또앙


When I arrived there, they gave us Taiwan national flag and a bottle of water.
I also heard that we could get the MRT card for free.
But, I didn't try to get it because there were lot's of people. 

Yain told me that they would give different gift for different year.
last year was scarf, and this year was MRT card.





행사가 다 끝나고 나면 풍선을 하늘로 훠이훠이 날려보낸다고 하네용 ㅋ 

 End of the ceremony, they would fly balloon to the sky ! 






 대만 원주민의 무대로 행사가 시작 되었어요

대만에는 9부족의 원주민이 있고 
미국에서  인디언 처럼 원주민들을 위한 특별한 제도들도 마련되어 있다고 하더라구요.

한국에는 원주민이... 나? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 
한국은 단일민족국가라 
원주민이 따로없는데 섬나라 여서 그런지 원주민이 있어서 신기했어요


Did you know that Taiwan has native people?
Taiwan has 9 kinds of native tribe, and they also have some special law or rule for them.

Korea doesn't have native people, so I was really surprise  that! 

  






대만에도 의무적으로 모든 남성들은  1년정도 군복무를 해야하지만
한국 보다는 제도가 훨씬 덜 엄격하다고 들었어요.

군대를 가거나 대체복무 중 두개를 자신이 원하는 쪽으로 선택을 할수 있지만 
대체복무를 할 경우는 기간이 좀더 길다고 하답니다.

신체조건 미달시에는 아예 군대를 가지 않는다고 하더라구요.


I heard Taiwanese guys also need to do military service as like Korea.
Korean people need to do military service about 2years, but Taiwanese is about 1 year.








행사가 거의 가 끝나갈 무렵 가오슝 시장님의 연설이 시작되었어요.
저희는 그때 집으로 고고.. 해서 풍선날리는건 보질못했네요 ㅋㅋ

사실 춥고, 배고프고, 잠와서 더이상 견딜수 없었다는 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ



Last stage was the speech of Kaohsiung minor ! 
But I went to my home at that time, so I couldn't see the balloons.



 Actually, I was too cold, hungry, and sleepy !! 
I couldn't endure it anymore !! haha




대만의 유명방송국 TVBS에서 촬영을 나왔더라구요.
저도 모르는 사이에 헬기캠에 찍혔을수도... ㅋㅋㅋ 

TVBS is one of the famous broadcasting channel in Taiwan.


가는 도중에 너무 배고파서 문화중심 근처 브런치 가게에서 아침을 먹기로 했어요 

On the way back to home, we just decided to eat to breakfast ! 
We were too hungry !! 






그냥 간단하게 샌드위치로 ! 

내부가 아기자기하게 인테리어가 되어있더라구요 


We ate simple sandwiches !





하지만 너무 오래 걸렸음 ... ㅠㅠ
오래걸려서 뭘 엄청난걸 만드는가 싶었는데 


또앙 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

신년맞이 인파에 바쁘셔서 그런걸로 .....ㅋㅋ


However, it take time  for a long time ㅠㅠ

I though they were too busy because it was the nearest breakfast place from culture center. 





전 Lemon pork chop and secret sauce toast 를 주문했는데 
샌드위치는 생각보다 맛있었어요.
하짐나 오래걸린 이유는 절대 알수 없음... 
제가 만들면 5분도 안되서 만들수 있겠다는 생각이 킹킹

친구랑 발도장 찍는데 오래걸렸나 보다 ...라고 얘기하면서 
먹고 집으로 고고 


어째든 이 행사를 통해 
대만의 문화를 느낄수 있었던 좋은 경험이였던것 같아요.

한국과는 또 다른 신년맞이에 
왠지 올 한해 좋은일만 생길것 같은 느낌이예요 :)
