高雄 鑫泰式料理 Thai food restaurant

I went to Thai restaurant with my classmates ! 

This restaurant is located in Nanzi.

I really like Thai food!

However, I didn't go there very often in Korea

because  the taste was not really good enough and  quite expensive.

However, this restaurant owner is Thai person, 

so my thai classmate introduce this restaurant.

In Korea, they usually change the original taste, so sometime I really do not wanted to eat.

But, my friend said they keep the original taste !

The sauce was very interesting .

they mixed with sugar sirup and plum, so it was little bit sour and very sweet !

It was good to eat !! I really like Thai noodles !!!

Hot and spicy mixed seafood soup 

I think it was the best dish! 

I tried this dish many times, but here was the best !!! 

WOW ! I loved it so much !

I do not want to recommend this fried rice.

Fried rice should not be the rice stick together , but it was not.

I just want to recommend Din Tai Fung's fried rice. 

That one is real fried rice !

We also ordered  "Green curry chicken in coconut milk 綠咖哩雞肉湯".

I forgot to take a picture haha 

I think I was too busy to eat food. 

All classmates said Green curry was really good to eat ! 

I also really like it ! 

Especially, it was really good match with rice ! 

Actually, the location was not really good because I need to take a taxi after I arrived at station.

However, if you have a car or motorcycle, it's good to go ! 

It's not really far from the station, just not walking distance. 

All of them were so satisfied with the food ! 

Especailly, I really want to eat  Hot and spicy mixed seafood soup 綜合酸辣湯 again !!

I definitely want to go there again !!! 

I just feel so hungry right now ! 

Please give me Thai food !!!!

Taiwan Kaohsiung Rui Feng Night Market ! 台灣 高雄 《瑞豐夜市》

你們好 我是英愛！

我去瑞豐夜市。

我吃QQ蛋

Hello guys! 

I went to Rui Feng Night Market which is located in Kaohsiung Arena station. 

Rui Feng Night Market is really popular for Taiwanese.

I ate QQdan at night market ! 
This is sweet potato ball.
Outside is very crunch, but inside is soft !
Also, it's sweet and chewy !

I heard that QQdan is very popular for Taiwanese teenagers.



After I ate QQdan, I ate Shao long bao !
Wow !! I was really delicious !
They had 3 kinds of Shao long bak, and all of them were delicious ! 

I definitely want to try again. 

這個少籠包很好吃

However, I hope you to bring your own chopstick or fork
 if you are really care about the eating environment.

The vendor was located in next to road and it was very crowded, so I feel that it's not clean enough
because lots of people pass by the table.


However, I finished all Shao long bao !!!
It was really good to eat !



I also ate Tou Hua !

Tua hua is sweet soft tofu dessert!

They put sugar sirup and red bean, and eat together with soft tofu.

Tofu is not sweet, but other things are sweet!

When you eat together, you can understand why it's popular among Taiwanese. 

Sweet cool round powder pack 甜心涼圓  was very interesting dessert !
This was one of the most interesting dessert ! 

Out side was gelatin, so it has NO taste.

but it has sweet thing in side. 

In Korea, we usually put the sweet ting inside of rice cake.

They rapped with Gelatin, so outside has NO taste, but inside has different flavor ! 

It was very very interesting dessert !

I've never taste this kind of flavor, so it was new flavor for me !

I think Taiwanese really love Jelly taste or chewy food .

Here was so crowded during the weekend!!

if you have time, I'd like to recommend you to go during the weekday :)  

I could find some Korean food vendors ! 

I heard that Korean style chicken is popular in Taiwan ! 

Other food 

If you do not want to eat the fruits directly, I hope you to buy fruits in fruits shops.
Taiwan has 24hours fruits shops.
The fruits shops has many kinds of fresh fruits, and the price is good !

 Rui Feng Night Market is selling not only food, but also many kinds of stuff !

 Rui Feng Night Market has so many fun thing to do ! 

I thought he is monk, but I heard that he is not real monk.
He just pretend monk ! haha


While I looked around Night Market, I could learn Taiwanese culture.
Also, I could eat many delicious food !

Taiwan HK style restaurant 台灣 高雄 左營 《蒸鮮腸粉》

안녕하세요 ! 

오늘은 대만에서 유명한 홍콩스타일 레스토랑을 소개해드릴려고 합니다. 

蒸鮮腸粉이 가오슝 아레나 역 근처에 생긴지는 얼만 안된다고 해요

외관도 내부도 다 깔끔해서 좋았어요 !

Today, I'm going to introduce you HK style restaurant !

I went there which is near Kaohsiung arena station !
I heard that it just opened several month ago.

TOP 10 메뉴들 ! 

항상 레스토랑을 가면 뭘 시켜야 할지 몰라서 

결정장애가 나타나는 저 같은 사람에게 아주 감사한 탑텐 메뉴들입니다.

중국어 뿐만 아니라 영어에 순위까지 적혀있어서 

정말 편리 했어요 ! 

사진을 보고 영어를 봐도 ㅋㅋㅋ 여전히 뭔지 모르겠는 음식들도 있지만 

그래서 이런 메뉴판을 만나면 참 좋습니다. 

대만에서 음식을 먹으러 다니며 

다른 외국인들도 우리나라에 와서 음식 시키는것에 있어 고생을 했겠다는 생각이 들더라구요 

그래도 한국에 영어메뉴랑 사진이 있는 메뉴가 점점 많아지고 있어서

짧게 한국을 여행하는 사람들에 도움이 되면 좋겠어요! :)

Top 10 menu!

I really like that they mention about top 10 dishes.
I always have difficult time to choose some menu, so I like some restaurant have best or top menu!

They also have English menu !
My Chinese is not good enough to read Chinese menu.
It's one of the most difficult ting for me !!

더 많은 메뉴가 있지만 저는 요 페이지에서 음식을 다 시켰어요 !

top 1번, 2번, 8번이랑 왼쪽에 있는 메뉴 하나 !

결론은 top 메뉴가 맛있습니다 ! 하하

They have many dishes, but I mostly ordered in TOP 10 memu!

鮮暇腸粉 steamed shrimp rice roll

일종의 만두이지만 새우가 통으로 2마리가 들어가 있고 

얇고 쫀득한 쌀로 만든 만두피로 감싸져있어서 

굉장히 부드러웠어요 

특별한 엄청난 맛이 있다기 보다는 굉장이 입안에서 느낌(?)이 좋았던 음식 !

새우가 통통통

This is a kind of dumpling! A dumpling has two shrimps !
Also, they rapped the shrimps with rice paper (it's quite different from Vietnam rice paper).
It's very soft and tender.
I really like the feeling of the chewing dumpling.

黃金流沙包

한국으로 치면 찜빵 호빵 ㅋ ㅋ 

맛도 똑같습니다. 

단지 ! 안에 커스타드 크림에 상큼한맛나는 걸 섞어서 

굉장히 크리미하고 빵을 누루면 폭포처럼 쫘앙 하고 나와요 

달달한 맛과 재미로 먹는 디저트 같아요 

부드립고 달달한게 또 먹고싶네용 ㅋㅋ


This is a kind of bread, but it contains custard cream.
It's sweet and very creamy !
Also,  when you push the bread, the cream just come out !

港式焗烤白菜 The Chef's recommendation 

요건 쉐프 추천 메뉴라고 해서 먹었는데 

맛이 딱 한국마트에 파는 스프에 양배추랑 버섯 등 야채를 넣고 

위에 치즈를 올려 오픈에 구워내면 똑같은 맛이예요


This is the only one menu which was not in the TOP 10.
I think they put some vegetables in the cream soup and covered with cheese.
Actually, this menu is just okay.
I don't know why they said "The Chef's recommendation".
It was not special for me.

港式蘿蔔糕 pan fried chinese radish cake 

저는 이게 참 신기하더라구요

무우를 갈아서 안에 새우나 고기 간것을 같이 넣어 

요렇게 두부 모양으로 만들어서 구워서 먹는거라고 하더라구요

무우가 아주 곱게 갈려서 굉장히 부드럽고

새우살 같은게 씹여서 

식감이나 맛이나 다 좋았어요 ! 

대만에서 흔히 파는 메뉴중 하나라고 하는데 ㅋ

저는 여기서 처음봤어요 ! 

다른곳에서 먹어도 이런맛인지 모르겠지만 

어째든 이 레스토랑의 탑1위 메뉴 였는데 

과연 맛나는 맛이였습니다.

다음에 또 가보고싶네용 ! 

대만에 은근히 홍콩스타일 음식점이 많은것 같아요

대만음식이랑 비슷하면서도 달라서 그런지 인기가 많은것 같더라구용 !

WOW. This was very interesting dish !
I can understand why it's NO.1 dish !

I heard this is very common dish in Taiwan.
It was my first time to eat radish cake, so I cannot judge this is good or not.

Anyway, they grained radish and shrimp, and  put together as like tofu!

It was very soft and tasty !

I highly recommend this dish !

You can not feel any radish taste.

Don't worry to try it !


I feel so hungry right now !!  haha

Taiwan soy sauce brand 대만 고급 간장 브랜드(+파인애플 식초) 《台灣好料館》

 오늘 백화점에서《台灣好料館》타이완하오리아오관의 간장과 식초를 구경했어요

《台灣好料館》은 대만에서 유명한 간장 브랜드 이구요 

장인이 만드는 간장 브랜드라고 합니다

《台灣好料館》is a famous taiwanese soy sauce company.
They also had a vinegar, so I checked the product in the department store. 

한국 간장도 그렇지만 보통 간장에 MSG나 화학물질이 들어간다고 들었는데

이 간장는 장인이 한땀한땀 만드는 간장이라고 합니다

그래서 대만의 일반적인 간장에 비해서 약 5배 정도 가격이 바싸요

일반 간장이 약 70원(환화2500원) 정도 한다면 

여긴 350원(1만2천 500원) 정도 하더라구요

그래서 과연 맛이 어떨지 궁금해서 판매하는곳으로 가보기로 했어요

I heard not only Korean soy sauce, but also any kinds of soy sauce they put MSG for the better taste.
However, this soy sauce do not put any MSG or chemical things.

So, the price is almost 5 times more expensive then normal soy sauce in Taiwan.
Most of soy sauce price is around 70yuen( U.S : around 2.5$ ).
However, this is around 350yeun (U.S. : around 11$)


They have a big money gap.

음식을 만들때 만드는 재료와 기술, 손맛도 중요하지만 

특히 아시안 음식 같은경우는 

기초 소스 들이 중요한것 같아요

한국음식을 만들때 일본간장을 넣으면 

한국음식본연의 맛이 나지 않는것 처럼

각 나라 마다 다른 간장을 쓰기에

평소에 대만은 어떤 간장을 쓰는지 궁금했었는데 

이번기회에 알아보기로 했습니다.

사실 다른 나라 간장을 사서 요리해보기가 겁이 났었는데

(안그래도 못하는 요리 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ더 맛이 이상해질것 같았거든요 ㅋㅋ)

이번기회에 공부도 할겸 겸사겸사 가봤습니다

우선 간장들은 6가지가 있었구요 

간장마다 들어가는 콩과 약간의 만드는 방식의 차이가 있었어요.

하지만 여기서 간장 보다 더 신기했던것은 

바로 식초였습니다.

식초도 6가지 정도 있었는데 

사과, 레몬, 파인애플, 매실, 포도, 오디가 있어요

모두 홍초처럼 물에 타서 마실수도 있고 

샐러드 소스로 만들어 먹을수도 있다고 합니다.

사실 가장 마음에 들었던 식초는 

파인애플 식초인데 

개인적으로 파인애플을 좋아하기도 하고 

샐러드나 양념으로 쓰기에도 너무 좋다고 생각했어요

오디로 만든 식초는 식초보다는 좀더 와인 같은 맛이더라구요

맛있었어요!!!!!!! 

(이건 한국에도 비슷한게 있는걸로 알고 있어요 ! 하지만 맛있었다는거 ㅋㅋ)

사실 막판에는 너무 식초를 많이먹어서 ㅋㅋ 

이렇게 많이 먹어도 괜찮은지 의문이 생길 정도였지만 ㅋㅋ

어째든 다 맛있어서 놀랬어요 ! 

사과랑 레몬은 한국에서 흔히 볼수 있는거라 

별로 기대도 안하고 처음에 안먹겠다고 했는데 ㅋㅋ

오!!! 맛있습니다.

맛과 향들을 글로 다 표현할수 없음이 안타까워요 ㅠㅠ

음식에 관심이 많은 분들중에 

대만에 오실 기회가 있다면 

 《台灣好料館》에서 파는 소스들을 

시음이나 시향을 해보시면 좋을것 같아요 !

Especially, soy sauce is one of the most important sauces for Asian cooking.
Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and China are using all different kinds of soy sauces.
Also, each country has diversity kinds of soy sauces.


For example, you want to make Korean food, but you put the Japanese soy sauce then Korean people can feel "the taste is not like Korean food ! "
If you have delicate taste, I could feel the big differences !

That's why I was curious about Taiwanese soy sauce.
However, I feel afraid to buy it because I don't know the scent and taste.


When I went this soy sauce brand, I could smell the scent!

They had 6 kinds of soy sauce, all the soy sauce have different scent and taste !
Also, they have all different function to use it!


However, I was more interested in vinegar !

They had 6 kinds of vinegars : apple, lemon, pineapple, plum, grape, taiwanese black berry.
You can use it for the salad sauce!
Also, you can drink it after you mixed with water.

I was really interested in pineapple because Korea doesn't have this one.

I love it !

sweet and sour !

I drinked all kind of vinegars and all of them were so good ! 

Taiwanese black berry was little bit like wine taste ! 

it was really good to drink it ! 

Korea have many kinds of vinegars, but also Taiwan have a lot !!

When you visit Taiwan, I hope you to try it !
